About

Welcome to my blog!

First let me start by saying THANK YOU so much for stopping by! I started this blog to share my creative ideas as well as the wonderful projects I have found at my favorite blog sites and arts and craft places and to share some helpful websites for you and your family.

A Little About Me

Throughout the years my family and I have overcome many hardships. I have family members with serious disabilities. There have been struggles.
As a kid I turned to drawing as my escape from some really hard realities. I still have some of the drawings from back then. Every once and awhile I happen to see the file they’re in and look through them just so I can remember where I came from and how much I have been blessed.
I’m so happy to be able to continue drawing and creating. I am truly blessed! I also love to find forgotten treasures and give them a second chance. It’s one of the things I love to do, it makes me happy. My hobbies are still my break aways, allowing me a moment to recharge and ready myself for a new day.
My family and I moved to a “mini farm” where I now have my own separate space to be creative. God has been very good to us. I have a beautiful office and a workshop that are over-flowing with ideas and projects that I can’t wait to work on each day. 🙂

Getting Started

A great place to start if you are looking for a little creative inspiration is the “DIY Projects” category located to the left of my blog page. I have pictures of all the projects I have completed and links to my favorite projects that I’ve found.

If you are looking for a little school help, be sure to check out the “Education Help Sites ” category also located to the left of my blog page.

”Special Needs Resources” category is where you’ll find special needs information and resources.

If you’re looking for a place to go enjoy the arts and crafts atmosphere and get to meet some really terrific people, check out the “Events” category.

Check back often because I am always adding more!

I hope you like what you see and want to stick around a while too. And…if you could follow me……it would make me such a happy girl. 🙂

I love hearing from you! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. vintageheartinfo@gmail.com

I look forward to getting to know you!
